Rooms for festival dates are offered for single and double occupancy.
The Hotel is also a site where festival badges can be picked up the weekend of the event.

LODGE ROOMS
Lodge Rooms are also available on Festival Grounds as part of Weekend VIP Festival Passes at the American Safari Ranch. Each room includes 2 queen beds, and if ully furnished. If you're looking at staying on an authentic ranch in the mountains of Fairplay and be up close in touch with the festival, while mingling with other VIP's look no further.
There is a minimum night stay for the lodge rooms.
Each room comes equipeed with TV, Full Electric, Sink and Showers.

CABINS
Cabins, are a great option for the festival for small groups, couples and or families looking for lodging near festival grounds in a secluded area at the American Safari Rnahc. Cabins are available ONLY as part of weekend ALL-Inclusive Festival Passes.
CAMPING (Camping Registration)
Gates open at noon on Friday or if you have an Early Thursday Entry ticket then you can come as soon as Thursday between the hours of 3pm-8pm. We encourage everyone to come as early as you can and setup camp before the festivities start!
American Safari Ranch is a great open space destination in the mountains with very few trees. Camping at 10,0000 feet above Sea Level, puts you VERY close to the stars in the sky and also means that you will be pitching your tent at the highest elevated incorporated county in North America in Beautiful, peaceful South Park County! (Yes, that South Park).
Here's a summary of what one can expect.
The overnight camp grounds separated by a road leading to the concert area and is less than a half mile walk. We recommend you come prepared to carry all of your own gear from the parking lot to the concert area.
RV Parking, Camping In your Car, and Camping Near Your Car Passes are limited and we recommend you buy your pass soon if this is of interest for you.
Note: Car camping includes vehicles as large as VW vans but does not include trailers of any sort.
Note: Most of the car camping options are on level ground but, there is very little shade so be prepared.
RV Parking is located adjacent to the camper parking lot. (limited).
Note: There are no water, sanitary, or electric hookups available on site.
Family Camping will be available in a designated area. In general any spot should be suitable for families.
Car camping for any special needs is available (must be approved when buying a car pass).
We are happy to offer camping for the festival as it will be enjoyable and relaxing but remember to bring anything to limit sun exposure as it will likely be hot, and most of the actual music venue will have some daytime exposure.
We also ask everyone to come prepared so as to minimize the number of entries and exits made by all the cars since we want to be respectful to the locals from a traffic perspective.
OTHER CAMPING INFO
Ice will be available for purchase.
Drinking water will be available for purchase. You can also bring your bottles and cups and mugs.
There will be ATM's on-site.
Portable toilets, Recycling, Composting, and Hand Washing stations are located throughout the venue and campground.
There will be no shower facility onsite.
No telephones are available to the public for local balls but cell phones should work fine.
Please be mindful of your impact on the land and keep up diligently with your trash. Deposit all trash in the main waste dumpster by the camping parking lot when possible.
